Fabrice Cervoni, has been named as acquisitions manager Southern Europe, for the Goodman group. He is responsible for property investments, mainly in France, Spain and Italy, on behalf of the Goodman European Logistics Fund (GELF), a financial unit dedicated to logistic assets and distribution warehouses in European Union countries. He joins the Goodman France logistics team, lead by Jean-François Mounic, logistic development managing director, and is based in Paris.
A Sciences-Po Paris graduate, Fabrice Cervoni, 36, has worked successively as property assembly mange in the Gecina development department, senior manager in the of Axa Real Estate IM investment department and acquisitions and asset management manager with Alpha Real Capital.
