Jean-Louis Demeulenaere, 56, ESC Paris, is appointed managing director for strategy, development and operations. He will now have responsibility for the Freight forwarding, contract logistics, parcels and road divisions.
Alain Picard, 44, ESSEC, is appointed managing director for finance. He is also appointed as deputy managing director responsible for finance for the SNCF transport and logistics division.
Jean-Paul Vignal, 49, Sciences-po Toulouse, is appointed as contract logistics division manager.
