Laurent Kraffmuler, holder of a Master’s degree (Mastère) in information systems strategy and management (ESCP Business School) and a Master’s degree (MIAGE) in information systems applied to business management, worked in the Carrefour Internet subsidiary then joined BT Consulting. He was previously Operations Manager for Club Dial for whom he supervised the customer, logistics, supply-chain management, information systems and general purchases departments.
