Logista France, a subsidiary of the Spanish Logista logistics company, and the Staci group, a specialist in general expenses purchases, have merged. Objective of the manoeuvre: Achieve a sufficient size to be able to respond to European calls for tender and face the demand for assistance from their large international customers. This merger will give rise to Publidispach, a joint subsidiary. Managed by Staci, Publidispach will operate the current activities of Logista France.
Staci operates over 150,000 m² of latest generation warehouses on 14 sites in Europe on behalf of 150 major international customers.
