Parcolog, a Generali group company, is leasing 17,000 sq. m of warehouses in its Isle d’Abeau logistic park to Wincanton for Bledina product logistics.
The rent is €48 per sq. m per year. This transaction covers the last new 26,000 sq. m building started speculatively for this logistic park.
“Parcolog, Generali group, continues its development with the forthcoming delivery of new logistic centres for rent at Bordeaux, and in the Ile-de-France at Marly-la-Ville and Combs-la-Ville,” emphasizes Parcolog which has a total of 119,000 sq. m, entirely let with the exception of 9,000 sq. m.
