Transport: The Collapse

In the last few days bad news has been accumulating on the transport front. Freight, sea, road: all modes are impacted by the fall – for some, the collapse – of volumes and sometimes prices.

On the airfreight side, the air pocket is without precedent since 2003 with a drop contained for the moment at 7.7% of cargo traffic in one year.
