Sogaris, in partnership with the SNCF, is continuing the development of the Marseille-Arenc urban logistics centre, which will be delivered in May 2009. The second phase of the development covers a building comprising 18,000 m²of warehouses and 1,000 m²of offices. Eventually, the site will comprise 32,400 m²of warehouses and offices on 9 hectares.
The first completed phase, of 13,000 m², accommodates Chronopost, JM Bruneau, Fatton, GAB, PLM and DHL.
