The Argan property company has signed a 10 year lease with BSH Electroménager (Bosch, Siemens), for a 20,700 sq. m “class A” warehouse to be built in Tournan-en-Brie (Seine-et-Marne). Delivery will take place at the end of 2009. This area will be added to the 40,000 sq. m already occupied by BHS.
