Seb has acquired, for its fund Seb ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund, a distribution centre of 70,000 m², in Doncaster. The amount of the deal, for the class A properties, amounts to €63 million. They properties are fully occupied by the Next group, English clothing retail chain.
